I practice at the Akasha Center for Integrative Medicine in Santa Monica, California. I founded and co-direct the Center’s women’s clinic and specialize in integrative medicine and women’s health. My passion lies in correcting hormonal imbalances, promoting healthy aging, and addressing the root causes of PMS, infertility, menstrual irregularities, PCOS, fatigue, and gastrointestinal problems.
I appreciate how the interaction of diet, stress, hormonal changes, unhealthy digestion, and build-up of toxins affect a woman’s body and the aging process. My approach starts with a thorough history, a physical exam, and appropriate laboratory tests. Then, I use this information in partnership with my patients to develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses and targets the root causes of their health imbalances. These tailored treatment plans may include dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, herbal medicine, nutrient therapy, homeopathy, bio-identical hormone therapy, and/or prescription medications.
My patients receive the benefits of the entire integrative healthcare team at the Akasha Center.
